🍋 Lemon Cream Tart 🍰 or 5-Spoon Cake with One Egg

🌹Ingredients for the first layer:

  • 1 egg

  • Zest of 1 lemon

  • 5 tablespoons sugar

  • A pinch of salt

  • 1 packet vanilla sugar

  • 5 tablespoons oil

  • 5 tablespoons milk

  • 1 teaspoon vinegar

  • 5 tablespoons all-purpose flour

  • 1 packet baking powder

🌹To soak the cake:

  • 1/2 cup milk

🌹Ingredients for the second layer:

  • 1 packet Chantilly cream powder

  • 1 cup cold milk

  • 1 lemon-flavored yogurt

🌹Ingredients for the third layer (Lemon Cream):

  • 1 egg

  • 1/2 cup sugar

  • 3/4 cup lemon juice

  • 1 tablespoon butter

  • Lemon flavoring

🌹Decoration:

  • Lemon slices + poppy seeds

Serve cold and enjoy
