Tiramisu – Easy Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 250 g of mascarpone

  • 3 eggs (separate whites from yolks)

  • 100 g of sugar

  • 1 pack of ladyfinger biscuits

  • 300 ml of cold black coffee

  • Cocoa powder for decoration

Preparation:

  1. In a bowl, whisk the egg yolks with sugar until you get a creamy mixture. Add the mascarpone and mix well until smooth and creamy.

  2. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form, then gently fold them into the mascarpone cream using a spatula.

  3. Quickly dip the ladyfinger biscuits into the cold coffee, then arrange a layer of biscuits at the bottom of the dish.

  4. Spread a layer of mascarpone cream over the biscuits, then repeat the process to create several layers (biscuits then cream).

  5. Smooth the top, dust with cocoa powder, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours (ideally overnight) before serving.
