Tiramisu – Easy Recipe
Ingredients:

250 g of mascarpone

3 eggs (separate whites from yolks)

100 g of sugar

1 pack of ladyfinger biscuits

300 ml of cold black coffee

Cocoa powder for decoration
Preparation:

In a bowl, whisk the egg yolks with sugar until you get a creamy mixture. Add the mascarpone and mix well until smooth and creamy.

Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form, then gently fold them into the mascarpone cream using a spatula.

Quickly dip the ladyfinger biscuits into the cold coffee, then arrange a layer of biscuits at the bottom of the dish.

Spread a layer of mascarpone cream over the biscuits, then repeat the process to create several layers (biscuits then cream).

Smooth the top, dust with cocoa powder, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours (ideally overnight) before serving.
